Abstract

The objective of the article is to evaluate the factors affecting customer satisfaction when using Phu Quoc fish sauce. The author conducted an analysis on 696 consumers of Phu Quoc fish sauce in Vietnam, the results showed that factors positively impact the satisfaction of Phu Quoc lucky consumers such as product quality, price.
