Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the degree of customers’ satisfaction with the services offered by Asiacell in Iraq. The instrument for collecting data was distributing a questionnaire on WhatsApp. It was distributed randomly to users of Telecommunication Company called Asiacell.Statistical analysis was done by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) were Regression, T-test, Anova, and Correlation were addressed. The conclusion reached was that customers are satisfied with the services offered by Asiacell such as (Internet, Dealing with users, Clarity of calls, and Prices)
