Abstract

Comprehensively improving the quality of postgraduate cultivating needs to continuously promote the innovation of postgraduate education mode. Starting from the investigation of the current situation of postgraduate cultivating in colleges and universities, we put forward the ‘learning-centered + knowledge construction’ cultivating mode, which puts postgraduates at the core of education, stimulates their endogenous motivation and potential, carries out independent learning and construction, and challenges the limits of their own ability to form a breakthrough. In order to build the ‘learning-centered + knowledge construction’ model, it is necessary to take measures such as innovative educational concepts, constructing a new type of teacher-student relationship, focusing on shaping innovative personalities, strengthening practical education, creating inspirational teaching situations, promoting the diversification of evaluation, accelerating digital empowerment, and so on, so as to open up a new world of postgraduate education.
