Lead of the Quality of University Education According to Strategic Planning. An Exploratory Research for a Sample of Faculties of the University of Baghdad

Abstract

The Study is based on two variables, the strategic planning, and lead of quality of university education. Both the concepts were presented intellectually followed by an examination of the extent of the impact of the strategic planning is described as an independent variable in pioneering the quality of university education of Iraq. The research aims at finding out how to strategically plan for the university educational institutions in accordance with the requirements of quality pioneering. Also, the importance of research emerges from the fact that quality is counted as a pioneering way of improving the university educational system and developing it in the light of strategic planning. The University of Baghdad was selected as the community of the research; the research sample highlighted the professors and leaders present in deanships of colleges of Business and Economics, Faculty of Law and faculty of Physical Education for women of ( 65 ) people. A questionnaire has been designed and distributed to the research sample. After analysis, it was confirmed that most of the sub-variables of the study were effective while some of them showed a decline. Also, the positive and negative aspects in the strategic planning process were stood upon and came up with recommendations and mechanisms of action aims to develop goals and strategies to achieve the vision of the University of Baghdad in the provision of educational service of high quality.
