Abstract
The article presents an overview of the requirements of digitizing the economy coming from the Industrial Revolution 4.0 (Industry 4.0). Based on the analysis of challenges and difficulties for Vietnamese human resources both in terms of quantity and quality, the author has proposed and demonstrated a number of necessary solutions to improve the quality of human resources to meet.
